TROVA offers a space for individuals to promote digital products. These Terms govern the use of the TROVA Platform and all features, applications, services, technologies, and software provided by TROVA.

We use the term TROVA Platform or simply Platform to refer to the website asktrova.com and its subdomains, as well as any other sites, interfaces, or applications where TROVA makes its features available. The services related to the features provided by TROVA are collectively referred to as Services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with their rules. Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations regarding access to or use of TROVA’s features or Services.

OVERVIEW

A. These Terms regulate the access to or use of features contained in the Platform from transactions made in Brazilian currency (BRL) between Users who, in their Platform registration, declare Brazil as their domicile.

B. By accepting these Terms and using the Platform as described above, the company you are contracting with is EK Consultoria Empresarial Ltda, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ/ME No. 03.644.106/0001-16, headquartered in São Paulo, SP, Rua Padre João Manuel, 654, 15º andar, ZIP 01411-000. This company acts as a business intermediary and may be referred to as TROVA throughout these Terms.

C. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you, as a User, and TROVA, governing your access and use of:
(a) the website asktrova.com and its subdomains;
(b) any other sites, interfaces, or applications where TROVA provides its features, including mobile, tablet, or other device applications; and
(c) all services related to features provided by TROVA.

E. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you understand and agree with their content and with TROVA’s other applicable Policies, including the Privacy Policy. TROVA Policies are an integral part of these Terms and incorporated by reference, even if presented separately. In case of conflict, the rules of these Terms prevail, unless a specific Policy states otherwise.

F. Once you accept these Terms, TROVA automatically grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Platform. Features on the TROVA Platform are licensed “as is” and may be modified, replaced, or removed at any time without notice.

G. Compliance with these Terms is essential for legitimate use of the Platform. If you use the Platform inconsistently with these Terms, TROVA may apply measures such as suspending your account, canceling your registration, or terminating your license to use the Platform, with or without notice.

H. By accepting these Terms, you authorize TROVA to report to authorities any acts related to your access or use of the Platform that TROVA considers potentially irregular or illegal. You cannot claim damages for such communication.

I. In compliance with international guidelines (e.g., OFAC, UK Sanctions List, UN Security Council Sanctions List), TROVA does not transact with Users located in certain restricted countries or regions.

J. TROVA cares about your privacy. The processing of personal data related to your access and use of the Platform is described in our Privacy Policy.

K. All payment processing services related to your use of the Platform are governed by the Payment Policy.

L. By using TROVA’s Services, you are responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all applicable laws relating to your products, including intellectual property, privacy, data protection, consumer rules, and regulatory obligations. If unsure, seek legal or accounting guidance.

M. TROVA may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the “last updated” date. You will also be notified by email before changes take effect. If you disagree with the new Terms, you may immediately terminate the Contract.

N. TROVA may choose not to exercise certain rights at a given moment; this does not mean waiver of such rights.

P. Examples or expressions such as “including” are illustrative, not limiting.

Q. The official version of these Terms is in Brazilian Portuguese. Any translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails for TROVA BR agreements.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED BY TROVA

1.1 TROVA Services Scope

The TROVA Platform provides online tools allowing Users to consume, create, promote, or sell digital products (video, audio, text, software, etc.). When Users transact over a Product, they enter into a direct contract with each other. TROVA is not a party, intermediary, or guarantor of the relationship.

1.2 Relationship With TROVA

Using the Platform as a Producer, Affiliate, or Buyer does not make you an employee, partner, or agent of TROVA. You must act exclusively on your own behalf.

1.3 Product Ownership

TROVA does not create, endorse, or control any Product. Producers are fully responsible for their content and the information related to their Products.

1.4 No Performance Guarantees

TROVA does not guarantee income, performance, or results from using the Platform, nor can Producers or Affiliates promise such outcomes.

1.5 Product Compliance

TROVA is not required to perform prior content review or curation.

1.6 Verification Processes

TROVA may run verification checks on Users or Products at any time. This does not imply endorsement.

1.7 Marketplace & Third-Party Promotion

TROVA may include Products in its marketplace or promote them, without generating compensation for Producers.

1.8 Platform Availability

TROVA cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

1.9 Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party services; TROVA is not responsible for them.

1.10 Customer Support & Dispute Mediation

TROVA offers mechanisms for communication and dispute facilitation between Users.

2. ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT ACCESS

2.1 Producers, Collaborators, Affiliates

Must be at least 18 years old or legally emancipated.

2.2 Buyers

Minimum age: 18 years.

2.3 Restricted Users

TROVA may reject accounts if the User has certain criminal convictions.

2.4 Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated, you cannot create a new one.

2.5 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate information.

2.6 Accuracy of Data

You are responsible for ensuring your data is true and updated.

2.7 Account Security

You are responsible for your login, password, and all activities in your account.

2.8 Bank Information

Producers and Affiliates must provide a bank account under their own name.

2.9 Data Processing
